1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of affixdyor B.V. ("affixdyor", "we", "us", or "our") and/or engaging our vehicle maintenance services, you ("you" or "customer") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Services

3.1 Service Description

affixdyor provides professional vehicle maintenance services including but not limited to:

• Routine vehicle maintenance and servicing
• Brake system service and repair
• Engine diagnostics and performance analysis
• Cooling system maintenance
• Other automotive maintenance services as agreed

3.2 Service Availability

Services are provided during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Services are subject to availability and appointment scheduling.

4. Appointments and Bookings

4.1 Scheduling

All services must be scheduled in advance by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website contact form. We will confirm your appointment and provide estimated service times.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Service prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Prices may vary based on vehicle type, service complexity, and parts required. Final pricing will be confirmed before work commences.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major payment cards. Overdue payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.

6. Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and service requirements
• Make your vehicle available at the scheduled appointment time
• Remove all personal items from your vehicle before service
• Provide necessary access keys and documentation
• Pay for services as agreed
• Follow any specific instructions provided by our technicians

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Service Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of 6 months from the service date or 10,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

7.2 Parts Warranty

Parts supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty limitations.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing vehicle conditions not disclosed by the customer
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Loss of use of vehicle beyond reasonable service time
• Items left in the vehicle

8.2 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

9.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the website's operation
• Use automated systems to access the website

9.2 Content Accuracy

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any customer who violates these terms, engages in inappropriate behaviour, or for any other reason at our discretion.

14.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us first to allow us to resolve the issue. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.

14.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution

For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct discussion, we encourage the use of mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods before pursuing legal action.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

16. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Dutch and European Union consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights that cannot be excluded or limited by these terms.

17. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
